Are you swamped with unwanted leftover Halloween candy? Is it too much to handle? Are the only ones left Almond Joys, Mounds, and Raisinettes? We all know getting those candies in your candy basket is disappointing; you don’t have to lie. Does this sound like you? Well I have a perfect solution.
Pelham Middle School is hosting a candy drive to give back to the community and to the kids who unfortunately didn’t get candy this Halloween. YOU can help by sorting out of your haul the collected candy you don’t want. Or you could take a big step and just donate the rest of your candy. Whatever you choose to donate, whether it is one Smartie or 10 king sized Twix bars, the school, and the people receiving the candy will be forever grateful. All you have to do is bring your candy to school and leave it in the bin in the office labeled, “Candy Drive”.
Happy giving!
