A new team has arrived in the NHL, called The Golden Knights who are team with some talent. They will be a member of the pacific division in the western conference. The team is owned by Black Knight Sports & Entertainment, a consortium led by Bill Foley, and plays their home games at T-Mobile arena on the Las Vegas Strip  in Paradise, Nevada.

Their general manager’s name is George McPhee, and their coach’s name is Gerard Gallant. They have many all-star players. There are James Neal, Cody Eakin, Reilly Smith, and Jonathan Marchessault, and the three-time Stanley Cup champion Marc-Andre Fleury, just to name a few.

The first time the NHL played in Las Vegas was in 1991, which was an outdoor game outside Caesar’s Palace between the New York Rangers and the Los Angeles Kings. Since then the Los Angeles Kings, the Colorado Avalanche, and the NHL Awards ceremonies have been there, too. They went 3-2-1 this pre-season.
