A sudden frigid drop
As the hands numb and freeze
Alas it’s the time
When ones scared of the breeze
The vibes one of magic

But the wait is yet bitter
Reality a drag, perchance
The school piles on
The hours endure

Daylit days were so pure
Although five feels like nine
And the eyes slowly sag
The holidays enlighten
