Mental health is something everyone struggles with at least once in their life. Some people have it harder than others, but that doesn’t mean anyone’s feelings are unimportant. Since we can’t always know what is happening in someone else’s life, it’s important not to assume that everyone you know is doing fine.

- Hidden Struggles: It can be almost impossible to tell if someone is struggling just by looking at them. Someone can look happy on the outside while hurting on the inside.
