Having an actual newspaper in your hand is something that many people living in 2026 have never experienced before. That is something I want to change. Having a real life newspaper would provide a real life focused and less distracting reading experience. Having a real life newspaper could even lead to a tangible archive in our school! Having a real newspaper also is said to give a feeling of self accomplishment for writers in our newspaper club while providing diverse and local news. It can do all that while still fostering a traditional connection to information. Having a paper newspaper is something that I believe that we can do not just the newspaper club but everybody who picks it up and reads it. I believe that we can write a day by day newspaper if we had to do something different everyday but we may have to start small with a weekly or monthly edition. Of course I would prefer a weekly newspaper but a monthly is probably more likely if ever at all. Another thing is that we don’t have to get rid of the online version, we can just also have a paper newspaper. Of course we could focus on the negatives of having a paper newspaper like the amount of paper that might be used which according to many different websites would only be about three sheets of white paper per copy of a five page article with articles on both sides of a paper. This is a possibility, we can do this and succeed having a paper newspaper would change Pelham middle school forever and for the better.
